OU vs. UT Red River Shootout Flag Football
The tradition when The University of Oklahoma plays The University of Texas is called the Red River Shootout. The chapters have gotten together over the past several years and created a flag football game in honor of this rivalry. This year it took place on Friday night, October 12 at Trinity Christian Academy in Dallas, TX. The men bring out their family and friends that are either in town or come to town and have a huge cookout and game. This year BYX National Advisor Chris Godfrey and Senior Communications Advisor Robert Bember got to join in on the activities. Check out the highlight video and photos below! We encourage other chapters to be creative when you have a rivalry, doing an event like this really brings guys together and promotes the BYX National unity that we always talk about!
